Weaving:

Our Weaving unit has 350 Air Jet/Sulzer Looms  which produce sheeting in narrow and wider widths (45” to 134”), Twills and Drills, Ducks and Oxford fabrics, Percales in high thread counts, Sateen in plain, reverse stripes, dots up to 600 thread counts in 40’s, 60’s, 80’s,100’s Yarns (Stripe Sateen, Dot Sateen, Check Sateen), Special weaves like Rib Stop, Bed Ford Cord, Herringbone, Auto man, Chambray, Denim, Canvas and Dobby Designs etc.

Processing:

We have Bleaching, Printing and Dyeing facility at our processing unit, Grey, Soap Washed, Bleached, Dyed (Reactive, VAT, Reactive Disperse dyeing etc.), Printed (Reactive and Pigment Printing), Peach Finish, Crease Resistant, Water Repellant, Mercerized, Sanforized, Anti-Bacterial Treatment, Anti-Fungal Treatment etc.

Home Textiles:

Our stitching Comprises of  250 Machines and we produce Bed In A Bags, Sheet Sets, Comforter Sets, Duvet/Quilt Cover Sets, Flat Sheets, Fitted Sheets, Pillowcases, Comforters, Duvet/Quilt Covers, Bed Skirts , Pillow Shams, Cushions, Table Covers, Napkins, Curtains (Tab Top, Grommet Panel, Rod Pocket etc).
